Washington, DC, September 12, 2007 – NFF has been awarded a contract to provide Complete Design, Procurement, Implementation and on-going support of a Cisco Call Center VoIP phone system. The MPD Customer Resource Call Center is the primary resource for reporting IT problems with any IT system or service and for those MPD users who need any type of IT technical assistance.
