NFF Wins Integrated Services Router Contract with Contact Solutions, Inc.

NFF has been awarded a contract to provide a complete design and procurement of Cisco LAN Infrastructure for Contact Solutions, Inc. Contact Solutions has been growing rapidly in the mid-size market with on-demand automated IVR services. With the recent success of their hosted contact center solutions, there has been a need for more infrastructure flexibility and scalability. NFF provided an Integrated Routing solution that would securely connect remote offices back to each distributed Data Center. This solution will allow for increased data services and access automation with call center processing.  NFF continues to consult various LAN solutions that will allow Contact center to continue scaling solutions for various consumer needs.
