Washington, DC, March 2006 – NFF is pleased to announce it has been awarded the contract to design, implement and support OSHRC’s new VoIP Telephony solution. NFF will be responsible for systems integration, planning, design and implementation of the new infrastructure, as well as testing, training and follow-up support. The OSHRC will move to a robust and flexible converged IP communications platform that will reduce its operational costs. The new system will also centralize call control and call routing, which will simplify operations management.
