The Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC) released its 2011 Inner City 100 list and NFF, Inc. is ranked 77th on the list of more than 2,000 fastest growing inner-city companies in America that were evaluated. The Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC) defines inner cities as core urban areas with higher unemployment and poverty rates and lower median incomes than their surrounding metropolitan statistical areas. Companies were ranked by compound annual growth rate (CAGR) based on their revenue over the five-year period between 2005 and 2009 (the last year for which complete data was available).  The Inner City 100 Companies are producing jobs in their local communities, competitive advantage for their business partners and profits for their investors. Across all sectors, Inner City 100 firms are more productive than their sector peers throughout the U.S., according to U.S. Census data.  This is the third year in a row NFF has received this award.
