WASHINGTON, October 29, 2020 – Networking For Future, Inc. (NFF), a performance focused IT business solutions provider, today shared that the NFF management team and partners participated in the National Brain Tumor Society (NBTS) sixth annual Impact Golf Tournament, which is dedicated to raising funds for brain tumor research.

According to the NBTS, an estimated 700,000 people in the United States are living with a primary brain tumor, and over 86,000 more were diagnosed in 2019. Brain tumors do not discriminate, inflicting men, women, and children of all races and ethnicities.

The Impact Golf Tournament provided an afternoon of exceptional golf, comradery, and fund raising, while also implementing rigid COVID mitigation measures, providing a virtually touchless environment to keep everyone safe.

“Through participation in the Impact Golf Tournament, NFF is helping to raise crucial funds to support the NBTS mission of finding better treatments and, one day, a cure for brain tumors, while also raising invaluable awareness. With no known prevention or early detection methods, few available treatments, and no existing cure, we felt we needed to create and continue this fundraising event,” commented Chris Peabody, Co-Founder of Impact Golf and chief strategy officer at NFF.

“Since our employee-partners are invested in the relationship, contributing to the mission of the NBTS was important,” said Hess Fatemi, chief executive officer at NFF. “We’re glad to help support brain tumor research awareness.”

“More research is needed on brain tumors, which is why NFF is pleased to support the NBTS mission and the Impact Golf Tournament,” stated Majid Saadat, president at NFF. “We believe the NBTS has the potential to accelerate scientific discovery in the field of brain tumors, and equally important will help offer hope to countless families whose futures need it most.”
