Recently, another group of Networking For Future (NFF) staff volunteered at SOME. SOME is an interfaith, community-based organization helping the poor and homeless of our nation’s capital. They  serve food, and offer clothing  and health care, on a daily basis. They help break the cycle of homelessness by offering services, such as affordable housing, job training, addiction treatment, and counseling, to the poor, the elderly and individuals with mental illness. Each day, SOME is restoring hope and dignity, one person, at a time.

This time, our president Majid Saadat (on the far right) joined the team. “I was very impressed with the professional, organized approach to guide the volunteer teams, and enjoyed the interaction with everybody present, including staff and the many people who are depending on this service.” NFF will continue this new tradition, and hopefully, initiate new volunteering activities in the near future.
