NFF is pleased to announce the addition of Hugh McWilliams as director of business development. Hugh will use his expertise to assist NFF with developing Cisco Value Propositions for government customers, Systems Integrators, and other partners.

Hugh brings with him over 25 years of documented success, obtaining team wins and strong customer satisfaction. He has broad analytical knowledge and extensive experience with Federal government programs and operations. For over five years, Hugh led Business Development at Cisco Systems for Navy and Marine Corps Programs. He coordinated efforts of Cisco Channels, sales teams, consulting engineers, Cisco Executive Briefing Center personnel and Cisco executives to lay the groundwork for incorporation of Cisco technologies into future and existing Navy and USMC programs. Prior to working at Cisco, Hugh worked at Lockheed Martin for six years in management and business development positions.  He graduated from the US Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Management and served 28 years in the United States Navy. Hugh earned a Master’s degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a Master’s degree in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, National Defense University.
