Project Manager

The Project Manager must be capable of planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of administration and program control. Must supervise technical personnel to complete tasks relating to complex integrated systems design, development or modification as required by specific delivery orders. Must have thorough knowledge and experience in systems requirements definition, work planning, budget development, fiscal control, scheduling, task control, work progress assessments, contract management, subcontract/vendor management, client communications, staff recruiting/development and personnel communications.

The Subject Matter Expert / Consultant is responsible for the design, Implementation and analysis of discrete elements of a program. This position will provide leadership and guidance to policy development, authorship of final reports, presentations to high-level managers, and other program elements that require expertise

Computer Systems Architect

Data Warehouse Specialist

Analyzes and develops computer software, processing a wide range of capabilities, including data warehouse technologies, business data model, executive information management, and decision support system. Maintaining interfaces with outside systems; provide technical direction to junior staff. Performs data warehouse design and construction, provides product support and maintenance, prepares and implements data verification and testing methods for the data warehouse.

Technical Writer/Help Desk Engineer

Edits functional descriptions, systems specification, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents specifically in a helpdesk support environment.

Help Desk Manager

Provides daily supervision and direction to staff who are responsible for phone and in person support to users in areas of email, Internet/Intranet, Cyber Security, Active Directory, COTS and custom applications. The Manager supervises the first point of contact and necessary escalations for troubleshooting hardware/software, PC, Printer problems, etc.

This position will provide leadership and guidance to policy development, authorship of final reports, presentations to high-level managers and other program elements that require expertise.  Position requires 15 years of demonstrated program, deliverables and staff management experience.

Subject Matter Expert/Consultant III

The Subject Matter Expert/ Consultant III is responsible for the design, Implementation and analysis of discrete elements of a program. This position will provide leadership and guidance to policy development, authorship of final reports, presentations to high-level managers and other program elements that require expertise. Position requires 17 years of demonstrated program, deliverables and staff management experience. Preferred Masters degree in computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering in a technical or business discipline.

Program Manager

The Program Manager directs the performance of a variety of related projects, which may be organized by technology, program, or client.
Oversees the technology development and/or application, marketing, and resource allocation.Program areas typically represents more than three functional areas that may include engineering, systems analysis, quality control, administration, etc. Responsible for the effective management of funds and personnel and is accountable for the quality and timely delivery of all contractual items. Operates within client guidance, contractual limitations, and Company business and policy directives.

Information Security Consultant

The Information Security Consultant works with limited supervision, analyzes needs, designs and develops computer security solutions through the implementation of structured techniques and appropriate standards. Works on complex application problems involving all phases of computer security to provide complete and effective solutions. Provides technical support for secure software development and integration tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence, to the design concept and to user standards. Expert knowledge of computer security products and enabling products such as PKI, VPN, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, etc.

Senior Information Security Consultant

The Senior Information Security Consultant provides direction and leadership for personnel performing information security task(s) and projects. Projects include, mainframes, servers and associated networks, communication services, individual workstations, disaster recovery planning, business recovery planning and other risk management functions related to information technology. Recommends solutions to the most difficult information security problems in existing systems and systems development. Leads and participates in system evaluations, penetrations, forensics, and vulnerability studies and experiments.

Database Administrator

The Database Administrator, under general supervision, is responsible for all activities related to the administration, planning, and development of computerized databases. Additionally, responsible for the formulation and/or implementation of policies and procedures pertaining to database management, security maintenance, and utilization. Exercising independent judgment, consults with and advises database users relative to procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methodologies. Establishes procedures for operations of the database and database management system and ensures compliance.

Senior Database Administrator

The Senior Database Administrator leads all activities related to the administration, planning, and development of computerized databases. Additionally, responsible for the formulation and/or implementation of policies and procedures pertaining to database management, security maintenance, and utilization.  Collects data elements and prepares database specifications. Develops, maintains, and controls the data dictionary. Consults with programmers and users to develop test data to exercise the database and user-applications software. The Software Engineer, under general supervision, develops software solutions based upon client requirements in Agile, Waterfall or DevOps environments. Reports to a Senior Software Engineer and makes use of commercially available or custom Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools as required. Senior Software Engineer

The Senior Software Engineer develops software solutions based upon client requirements in Agile, Waterfall or DevOps environments. Generally, has one or more Software Engineers on staff and heads up projects that make use of commercially available or custom Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools as required. Supervises a staff of Software Engineers as required. Manages projects that make use of commercially available or custom CASE tools as required. Develops technical documentation detailing the project design parameters.

Systems Analyst / Programmer

The Systems Analyst / Programmer, under supervision, performs systems analysis of computer and communications/network systems. Supports the installation of computer operating systems, network, and application software, and computer/network hardware. Possesses troubleshooting skills to assist Systems Analysts. Performs systems analysis of computer and networking systems. Technically supports the overall integration of all systems peripherals so that they operate correctly within a predefined environment. Design, code and document application programs for computers and related equipment.

Senior Systems Analyst / Programmer

The Senior Systems Analyst / Programmer works independently on highly complex operating systems analysis/programming projects using programming languages. Under limited supervision, design, code and document application program for computers and related equipment used for scientific or commercial projects, install, generate, maintain, test and  debug system software programs. Develop instructions for use of operating systems software and modifies/maintains system software packages via releases and utilities from manufacturers. Principal Systems Architect

Principal Systems Architect has broad, high-level knowledge of technology and/or business architectures for enterprise applications. Possesses the capability to direct, design, or develop architecture plans, implementation or cutover plans, integration plans, or interoperability plans based on different technology and business environments. Has the ability to use experience and technical judgment to reach conclusions in the face of limited and/or uncertain data.
