Kirsten is a strategic and people-focused leader who helps connect NFF’s people strategy with its business goals. Since joining Networking For Future, Inc. (NFF) in 2023, she has led initiatives across performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, workforce planning, organizational culture, and HR operations, while building scalable systems that strengthen accountability and support NFF’s continued growth.
As Director of People & Culture, Kirsten partners with leaders to identify workforce needs, develop talent, strengthen performance and accountability, and create an environment where employees can grow and succeed. She also leads NFF’s efforts to strengthen employee engagement and connection in a remote-first environment while helping leaders and employees understand how people, performance, and resource decisions contribute to broader business outcomes.
With more than 10 years of HR experience across private, public, and DoD environments, Kirsten is passionate about moving HR beyond transactional support and positioning People & Culture as an active partner in the business. Her approach combines practical HR leadership with a strong focus on relationships, employee experience, continuous improvement, and organizational effectiveness.
