I founded NFF in 1996 with a mission to turn bold ideas into real-world impacts and continue to serve as its president. Every day, I have the privilege of working alongside a team of world-class professionals who design, deliver, and support technological solutions that make a measurable difference for our clients.
I hold a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park and bring over 39 years of experience leading technology initiatives across enterprise, government, and nonprofit sectors throughout the U.S. and Canada. My career spans coding for cellular network circuit boards, designing training curricula for emerging technologies, architecting and modeling mission-critical infrastructures, and managing large-scale network operations centers.
At the heart of it all, I believe that empowering people is the most sustainable way to drive innovation and success. I’m passionate about cultivating an environment of psychological safety—where authenticity and vulnerability aren’t just accepted but expected.
When we feel truly seen, heard, and supported, creativity flourishes, collaboration strengthens, and innovation thrives. We only have one life to live—so I choose to lead with humility and empathy, keeping it real, and help building a workplace where extraordinary outcomes become not just possible, but the norm.
