NFF Achieves WebEx Certified Partnership - 11/24/08

NFF Wins Redundant IP Contact Center Contract from the Shakespeare Theatre Company - 10/28/08

Washington, DC, October 28, 2008 - NFF has been awarded a contract to provide complete Design, Procurement, Implementation, and on-going support of a fully redundant Cisco IP Contact Center solution for the Shakespeare Theatre Company within the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.
